Clubhouse

In 2005 & 2006, extensive refurbishment of the clubhouse facilities has been undertaken. The Gentlemen's locker room has been totally renovated with new carpets and new shower units installed. The 'spike' bar has been extended and a new disabled toilet installed to meet current Disability Discrimination Act legislation. There is a disabled ramp leading to the main entrance to the clubhouse. The club provides a warm welcome to anyone suffering from a disability of any description whatsoever.

The main lounge (see picture below) has been re-decorated and new furniture installed, making it one of the most modern clubhouse facilities available for our members and visitors

We host many social functions for our members and also the room is available to hire, again by our members, for their own personal celebrations - birthdays and wedding anniversaries to name but a few.

Our steward, Andre Pelaud (previously at the Pedmore House, Stourbridge) offers a full range of menus for our members and visiting societies. On numerous Friday & Saturday evenings, he holds a number of 'theme' nights where he will provide various culinary delights including specialist 'Fish' main course dishes and other delicacies for everyone to savour.

It is strongly advised that you book early for these events to avoid disappointment as numbers are always limited for these occasions.
